SAVAGED HEARTS

Like a creep in the dark, he invades your heart, disguised in a pale emblem, he silently overshadows your disposition. Carried on a fleet of  hypocrisy words easily fall through.

Clinging to your heart, tears mixed with laughter fills your eyes. Your innocence is trumpled upon and crushed like dry leaves.
Held high in the sky you are left wandering on desert lands. Wondering what hit you! Anger turns to shock!, pain turns to relief.

Breathless, you search for an element of truth, "Love is a verb"!! i say,   "Love is an adjective" he says....Gallivanting from one home to the next, homes become houses.

The laughter of fools, excited over spilled milk and used good sends chills down your spine.
Just when you think all is sorted out, he pulls a fast one on you, suddenly, the veil of  stupidity is pulled off your face, the lens of perfection taken off  your eyes.Your heart is set ablaze.

A Master Player of shuffled recurring acts, played  by different actors, in varying settings,  he moves on silently unperturbed to the next, like a creep in the dark.
